A gentle walk along a burbling river. Planted May 23, 2008.
At this time of year the water is pretty high and I had to take my shoes off and tiptoe across some stepping stones in two places. (See photo below). Later in the season, the water level will be down and this will not be necessary.

Hi Water Lily. I drove up to Owen Sound a couple of days ago to look for you letterboxes. I didn’t find “Bird Sanctuary” but I did find “Underground Terminus”. I left a public comment via AQ mail. Would you like me to copy and paste it here too?
We had a great time today finding Bird Sanctuary and Underground Terminus. Both boxes are in great shape. We loved the site and the stamps are great. We have two kids (three and five), and we took a set of grandparents along for the trip, too. It was their first time being out letterboxing and they love it. I think we have Nana hooked!
